I can’t rate the product yet as I haven’t used it Saturday, 3 March 2018 | Jane I have developed prickly heat in my 60th year. My friend who is a research dermatologist suggested I use this product. Fingers crossed. 5 stars for service but obviously not for product as I haven’t tested it. Was this helpful to you? Yes / No This review has not been appraised. Great for higher level protection and water sports Tuesday, 27 June 2017 | Kathryn Used before and gives good protection particularly during water activities. I do a lot of walking so use on high exposure areas and if sweating will not be easily removed. The lower factor 15 is then suitable for other areas or when not so sunny. I have sensitive skin, dislike chemicals and prefer not to put anything other than natural products on. The whitish cream takes extra time to apply but does dissipate. I rarely burn if use the correct way and take care in the Sun as advised. Keeping in the fridge maintains freshness and keeps longer. The new tubes seem easier to use and probably able to use all the product. A little costly but well worth it for this natural product. Was this helpful to you? Sunday, 15 June 2014 | Fatime After the birth of my son I realized that our skin is our biggest organ, and I wouldn’t put anything on his skin which is not of the highest quality on the market. Searching for the best sunscreen took me 2 weeks. Then I found Caribbean Blue as the only one not containing titan dioxide and nano particles. We used it for 2 years until we moved to Germany where all the products contain titan dioxide. I bought a couple of organic sunshields for my son thinking that we have to buy locally and not import from the UK. I was wrong. First of all he had a rush after being rubbed with both of the products. Secondly, I still didn’t like the idea using anything non-organic and containing titan dioxide. In the end I ordered a couple of bottles of Caribbean Blue for us and friends again. A few weeks ago one of the mums at our nursery read an article about aluminum in all sunscreens and deodorants. She checked all the organic sunscreens realizing that aluminum is in all of them too. Caribbean Blue doesn’t contain aluminum either. I can only recommend this product and also the baby version to anyone concerned about their and their children’ health. Was this helpful to you? Yes / No 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. |
