Using a VIP Domotec humidified 32x32 cloth with the microplus, apply on the surface to be cleaned and rinse. Warning: this is designed as an abrasive product for those stubborn marks, so would recommend to test on a small and hidden surface first. For more sensitive areas to clean, we would suggest the Cream version
